Ombudsman SA has released a new animation explaining how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people can make a complaint, what to expect and how to get in touch.

Ombudsman SA recently released a new animation video to help raise awareness among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities about its role as an independent complaints pathway. The video explains what you can make a complaint about, what to expect during the complaint process, and the different ways you can contact Ombudsman SA.

We are committed to supporting First Nations people to raise concerns and ensure their complaints about government agencies and services are heard - whether that’s about housing, child and family services, education, councils, or other public services.

We encourage South Australian First Nations peak bodies and community groups to connect with us on LinkedIn and reshare the video to help raise awareness of our services. We also thank We Create Print Deliver for their support in developing this animation video.
